Pasteurizer
Process of food preservation in which packaged and non-packaged foods are treated with mild heat, usually to less than 100 °C, to eliminate pathogens and extend shelf life.
Cream Separator
Machine for separating and removing cream from whole milk. its operation is based on the fact that skim milk (milk with no butterfat) is heavier than cream.
